Internal communication x

From the Internal Communication Department we carry out a series of activities for the creation and maintenance of good relationships between all of us who form TEPSI, through the use of different communication channels to keep informed, integrated and motivated; in this way contribute with your work to the achievement of the goals of our organization.

The company manages different communication channels, the most important is the email that reaches all the company’s employees, since our work is carried out in different areas, the billboards in the different Business Units, the Newsletter where notes are published monthly of general interest and social networks that strengthen both internal and external relationships. At TEPSI we consider that in Internal Communication tools are important but PEOPLE ARE MORE.
